Nov 16, Kathmandu - Medical practitioner Durga Prasai has also registered his party with the Election Commission. Madhav Khatiwada (Madhav Kalpit) said that all the party registration processes have been completed on Sunday with him as the party president.

Kalpit has said that even though he is the president, Durga Prasai is the main person in the party.

Kalpit and other party members have already registered with the Election Commission on Sunday morning. Their registration number is 630 of the Civil Defense Party of Nepal.

The government has called for talks with the Prasai campaign group, which has announced a nationwide movement since Mangsir 7. Kalpit said that Prasai's Nation, Nationality, Religion, Culture, and Citizen Protection Movement, which has put forward 27-point demands, has registered a party and is also preparing for the election.

The party's vice-presidents are Ishwori Prasad Bhattarai and Devi Prasad Sangraula. The party's general secretary is Prem Kumar Thamsuhang, joint general secretary is Bishnu Bohara Chhetri, treasurer is Sushma Regmi Rijal, and spokesperson is Prem Thapa Magar.
