35 More Nepalese Deported from the US Arrive in Kathmandu

Nov 20, Kathmandu - 35 Nepali citizens have arrived in Kathmandu after being deported from the US. They arrived in Kathmandu yesterday evening via a chartered flight, according to the Human Trafficking Investigation Bureau of the police.

Most of the deportees are those who were arrested while illegally entering the US via Mexico. The deportees are from Dang, Rukum and other districts.

Since Donald Trump was elected as the US President, 310 Nepali citizens have been deported.
