Gold Prices Surge by NPR 2,900 in Nepali Market

Nov 23, Kathmandu - The price of gold in Nepal has increased by NPR 2,900 per tola today. After a decline of NPR 1,300 last Friday, the gold has rebounded sharply.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the current price of one tola of gold stands at NPR 244,600, up from NPR 241,700 recorded last Friday.

Alongside the rise in gold prices, silver prices have also experienced an uptick. The federation reports that silver is now trading at NPR 3,135 per tola, slightly higher than the NPR 3,100 recorded last Friday.

Market analysts attribute the sudden increase to global market trends and local demand fluctuations.
