Nov 24, Kathmandu - Biratnagar Kings have set a target of 136 runs for Janakpur Bolts to win the second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL). Biratnagar, who were invited to bat after losing the toss at the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground, scored 135 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
For Biratnagar, opener Lokesh Bam was dismissed for 28 runs off 26 balls, while George Munsey was dismissed for 10 runs. Similarly, batter Martin Guptill was dismissed for 13 runs off 15 balls.
Similarly, for Biratnagar, Wasir Ahmed scored 36 runs off 35 balls, while Shumam Ranjane scored 37 runs off 29 balls. For Janakpur, Rupesh Singh and Sangeet Kure took 2 wickets each, while Aditya Mehta took one wicket.
