Nov 24, Kathmandu - A one-day 'Master Robotics Training' has been completed in Nagarjuna area with the technical support of drone and robotics technology company Sujata Industries Pvt. Ltd. The program, organized by the 'Stan Nagarjuna Committee' at Sitaram Secondary School in Nagarjuna on Saturday, was attended by about 100 students from 25 schools in Nagarjuna city area. The program was organized with the aim of inspiring students towards the future technological journey by providing practical skills related to robotics and automation at the school level, according to the organizer.
All the technical aspects required for the training, including robotics kits, sensors, Arduino controllers, coding materials, and technical manpower, were provided by Sujata Industries. The company's Managing Director and drone-robotics expert, Manish Sharma, served as the lead instructor and provided educational and technical guidance to the participants.
During the training, students had hands-on hands-on experience with practical projects such as Blink LED, Traffic Light System, Bluetooth Controlled Car, Automatic Door Opener, Smart Dustbin and Servo Control. This helped students develop basic technical skills such as Arduino programming, sensor integration and automation logic, the company said.
The chief guest at the program was Nagarjuna Municipality Ward No. 6 Ward Chairman Devendra Giri, who praised the contribution of Sujata Industries in expanding modern technical education at the school level.
Sujata Industries technicians Bandana Khadka, Ashok Adhikari, Rishikesh Sharma, Rashmi Sah, Sushmita Sharma, Rishika Yadav and Saurabh Yadav guided the students in hardware setup, circuit construction and coding.
Sujata Industries, which has been working in drone manufacturing and STEM (STEM) education in Nepal, has stated that it will continue such programs in the coming days with the aim of empowering the future generation of Nepal in robotics and automation.
