Nov 24, Kathmandu - Bollywood veteran Dharmendra passed away on Monday at the age of 89.

Shortly before his death, the production team had released the first look (character poster) of Dharmendra's upcoming film 'Ikkis'.

In the film, Dharmendra plays the role of Agastya Nanda's father. Dharmendra will be seen playing the father of a 21-year-old soldier. The trailer of the film was released three weeks ago.

Dharmendra, who was discharged from the hospital just two weeks ago, had serious health problems again on Monday morning.

Directed by Sriram Raghavan, 'Ikkis' will be released worldwide on 25 December 2025. This film will now be Dharmendra's last film.

Dharmendra, who started his acting journey in 1960, has acted in more than 300 films. He has left his strong mark in roles ranging from romantic to action hero.
