Nov 25, Kathmandu - The price of gold has increased sharply in the local market today.
The price of gold, which was traded at Rs 242,700 per tola the previous day, increased by Rs 5,200 in a single day to Rs 247,900 today. However, the price of gold had decreased by Rs 1,900 per tola the previous day.

Similarly, the price of silver has also increased by Rs 85 per tola to Rs 3,200 today, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers. The previous day, silver was traded at Rs 3,115 per tola.
