Nov 25, Kathmandu - Finally, the CPN-UML has registered its party for the House of Representatives elections to be held on Falgun 21.
On Tuesday, UML leaders reached the Election Commission at Kantipath and registered their party for the purpose of the House of Representatives elections. UML Election Department Chief Niraj Acharya said that they reached the commission and registered their party.
“We have updated our party. Being a democratic party, UML always updates itself in the democratic process,” said Acharya. Today, the UML has also filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court demanding the restoration of the parliament.
