Nov 25, Kathmandu -  Lumbini Lions have won the toss and decided to bowl first in the NPL.

Kathmandu Gorkhas, who lost the toss, will bat first in the match that will begin shortly at the Tribhuvan University Cricket Stadium in Kirtipur.

Kathmandu will be led by Karan KC, while Lumbini will be led by national team captain Rohit Poudel.

Kathmandu, who have played three matches, and Lumbini, who have played only two matches, have two points each. Kathmandu, who have lost consecutively in the last two matches, started the match by defeating Janakpur by 5 wickets. After that, Kathmandu lost to Sudurpaschim by 29 runs and were shocked by Biratnagar by five wickets in the third match.

Meanwhile, Lumbini defeated Chitwan by 6 wickets in the first match and lost to Karnali by 9 wickets. Kathmandu is third in the points table and Lumbini is fourth.
