Nov 28, Kathmandu - Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal has said that the cooperation between the federal and provincial governments will be further strengthened.

In a meeting with Madhesh Province Home, Law and Communications Minister Bimala Ansari at the Ministry of Home Affairs on Friday, he said that the central government is fully committed to strengthening the security of Madhesh Province.

During the meeting, Home Minister Aryal assured that the process of implementing the Police Adjustment Act would be expedited to facilitate security management in the province.

He also expressed the government's unwavering commitment to holding the election on time, according to Home Minister Aryal's secretariat.

During the meeting, they held in-depth discussions on strengthening the country's peace and security, crime control, and provincial-federal security coordination.
