Dec 01, Kathmandu - The Supreme Court has quashed the government's decision to abolish the Land Commission. The decision was quashed by a bench of Supreme Court Justices Saranga Subedi and Shrikant Poudel on Monday.
Hari Prasad Rijal had filed a writ petition against the government's decision on October 21.
