Kathmandu, who lost the toss and were given the opportunity to bat, scored only 63 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in 11 overs.

Dhananjay Laxman bowled brilliantly for Pokhara. He took two wickets for nine runs, including one maiden, in those overs.
