Dec 06, Kathmandu - CPN-UML Chairman KP Oli has claimed that a political party will form a government after the elections.

Addressing the party's Nawayug e-bulletin launch program, he commented that a government will not always be formed on the basis of a whim.

He said, "They say that the same old leaders will come again, why did the old ones who don't know anything come? Are we old? The one who is 3 and a half months younger than me will win and become the Prime Minister, what kind of government is this? This is not a government of any kind and change."

He expressed confidence that the formation of the government and the dissolution of the House of Representatives were unconstitutional and would be reinstated by the court.
