DishHome's Two-way Voice AI 'Khushi' Released

Dec 07, Kathmandu - DishHome, continuously leveraging new technology, has launched a two-way voice AI, “Khushi,” in Nepal.

Dish Media Network Limited (DishHome) has been continuously innovating with technology in recent times. With the aim of bringing customers closer to digital technology, DishHome had recently launched a virtual privilege card, through which DishHome customers have been getting the facility of getting up to 25 percent discount at more than 200 partner businesses including hotels, restaurants, resorts, healthcare services, and electronic goods.

Subsequently, DishHome took a historic step in Nepal’s digital entertainment sector by live streaming the Nepal Premier League 2025 on its own OTT platform, DishHome Go, and successfully showed the game to over 200,000 viewers at once in the inaugural match. The NPL is currently underway.

Taking this journey of continuous innovation to a new level, DishHome has now launched Khushi Service.

DishHome has adopted a clear strategy to develop and expand AI services based on local context and usability, and for this purpose, DishHome has collaborated with its strategic partners.

The scope of AI for DishHome will specifically include contacting customers whose service has been deactivated through continuous dialogue in a human-like voice in Nepali for renewal, presenting relevant offers, and collecting feedback, complaints, and suggestions received during the conversation and passing them on to the customer service center team. In addition, AI will also have the ability to analyze the customer's emotional response (sentiment analysis) during the conversation and prepare reports.
