Reforms at Singha Durbar: Urge to quickly reach agreement with Gen-Z and have it signed by the President

Dec 09, Kathmandu - Sudan Gurung, founder of Hami Nepal, has met Prime Minister Sushila Karki.

During the meeting held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Singha Durbar, Gurung expressed his interest in the progress of the agreement between the government and Gen-Z, the Prime Minister's Secretariat has stated.

He urged that the agreement process should be concluded quickly and signed by the President to give legitimacy to the Gen-Z movement.

He also complained that some youths have been arrested by the police for participating in the movement and have been sent to jail for trial without having the money to pay bail.
