46 People Arrested for Causing Inconvenience To Passengers at the New Bus Park

Dec 11, Kathmandu - Police have arrested 46 people who were causing trouble and harassment by dragging passengers' bags at the New Bus Park on Wednesday evening.

A team from the Kathmandu Valley Police Office, Ranipokhari, and the Police Division, New Bus Park, arrested 46 people on Wednesday evening for causing trouble and harassment by dragging passengers' bags at the New Bus Park in Gongabu.

Spokesperson of the District Police Range, Kathmandu, Superintendent of Police (SP) Pawan Kumar Bhattarai informed that a taxi driver, hotel owner and hotel staff who were harassing and harassing passengers who had come to the capital Kathmandu from different parts of the country by forcibly dragging their bags have been arrested.

Police have taken 46 people under control today alone.

“We have let them go after giving them a warning at the beginning, if the incident repeats, we will take strict action,” he said. The police said that they will continue the campaign.
