Dec 12, Kathmandu - The price of gold and silver in the Nepali market increased sharply on Friday. The price of gold increased by Rs 3,500 per tola and silver by Rs 100.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Federation, the price of gold increased by Rs 3,500 on Friday to Rs 256,600 per tola. The previous day, Thursday, it had increased by Rs 1,000 to Rs 253,100 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver has set a new record today. According to the federation, the price of one tola of silver has increased by Rs 100 to Rs 3,905. This is the highest price ever.
