Prime Minister Sushila Karki to Expand Cabinet, Four New Ministers to Take Oath Today

Dec 12, Kathmandu - Prime Minister Sushila Karki is set to expand the cabinet. Sources have said that the names of four people have been sent to the President's Office from the Prime Minister's Office for ministerial posts. The oath-taking of the newly appointed ministers is expected to take place today.

Name of four Ministers being added to the cabinet today:
1. Rajendra Singh Bhandari (Former Police Officer) : Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Security 
2. ⁠Shraddha Shrestha (Senior Manager of Nepal Tourism Board) : minister of Women, Children, and Senior Citizens
3. ⁠Madhav Chaulagain (Public Health Specialist) : Minister of Forests and Environment 
4. ⁠Kumar Ingnam (Professor of International Trade Laws in Kathmandu School of Law) : Minister of Land Management, Coorperatives and Poverty Alleviation

With the addition of the new ministers, the cabinet will have 14 members.
