Dec 12, Kathmandu - The body of a 12-year-old boy studying at Saraswati Basic School in Patharbojhi, Madhuban-1 has been found in the Khauraha River.

The body of 12-year-old Basanta Ranabhat, a resident of Badhaiyatal Rural Municipality-7, who went missing on Wednesday, was found on Friday, said District Police Inspector Prakash Singh Karki. He was studying in grade 5 and went missing while bathing in the Khauraha River.

Ward Chairman of Madhuban-1, Min Thapa, said that a diving team of the Armed Police Force found his body. The deceased boy was living in an orphanage run by the school.
