Dec 13, Kathmandu - Nepali Communist Party Coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal (Prachanda), Co-Coordinator Madhav Nepal and Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba will not participate in the inauguration ceremony of the CPN-UML general convention.

The inaugural session of the 11th general convention of the UML is starting soon at Sallaghari in Bhaktapur.

Acting President Purna Bahadur Khadka will go to convey best wishes on behalf of the Congress, according to her secretariat.

The UML had invited 16 parties including the CPN, Congress and Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) to the inauguration ceremony.
