Dec 14, Kathmandu - Gen-Z United has demanded the dismissal of Nepal Rastra Bank Governor Dr. Bishwanath Poudel. A representative team of the United met Finance Minister Rameshwor Khanal at Singha Durbar on Sunday and demanded the dismissal of the governor.

Janak Pariyar, coordinator of Genji United, informed that the demand for Dr. Poudel's dismissal was made as he lacked the qualifications and expertise related to the position of governor. He said that the educational certificates, work experience, and subject matter expertise presented by Dr. Poudel for the appointment of governor were disqualifying him from being the governor.
