Dec 14, Kathmandu - The Nepali Congress has called an emergency meeting of the Central Working Committee.

Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel said that office bearers, members, invited members and all seven provincial presidents have been called to the party headquarters in Sanepa at 9 am on Monday.

The meeting is said to focus on the general convention schedule, candidate recommendations from the district for the National Assembly and House of Representatives elections, among other issues.
