Dec 14, Kathmandu - New South Wales Police have said that 10 people, including the attacker, have been killed in a shooting incident at Bondi Beach in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

At least 12 people were injured in the incident and two officers were shot, the BBC reported. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese described the scene at Bondi as "shocking and distressing".

A witness told the BBC that he was running away from a Hanukkah event at the beach with his children when the shooting began. Police said it was not yet clear whether the incident was related to the Hanukkah event.
