Dec 15, Kathmandu - CPN-UML leader and former Attorney General Agni Kharel has registered his candidacy as an independent candidate for the post of Secretary in the 11th General Convention of the CPN (UML).
He registered his candidacy as part of the party election process underway at Bhrikutimandap.
