Dec 16, Kathmandu - The Nepal Medical Association has received the Europe-Nepal Health Award 2025.
The Society of Nepalese Healthcare Professionals in Europe has awarded the Europe-Nepal Health Award 2025 to the Nepal Medical Association.
The Society of Nepalese Healthcare Professionals Active in Europe has awarded the association with one hundred thousand rupees and a copper plaque as an award.
The Nepalese Healthcare Professionals in Europe (NHPIE) has announced that it has conferred this award in recognition of the struggle and contribution to ensuring the rights and allowances of resident doctors in Nepal by 2025.
Speaking at the award ceremony, Nepal Medical Association President Dr. Anil Bikram Karki said that the award has given him more responsibility and motivation to work.
Prof. Dr. Anjani Kumar Jha, Dr. Anil Bikram Karki, Dr. Pramod Joshi, Dr. Lochan Karki, Dr. Anand Prasad Shrestha, Dr. Choplal Bhusal, Dr. Ramesh Kant Adhikari, Dr. Buddhiman Shrestha, Dr. Anil Bhattarai and others were present at the program.
Dr. Kaushal Kishor Tiwari, Director of the Research and Science Department of the organization, informed about the organization's objectives and future plans and said that such award programs will be further refined and systematic every year.
The Society of Nepalese Healthcare Professionals in Europe has been continuously supporting the health and education sectors of Nepal.
