Dec 16, Kathmandu - A newborn baby with a umbilical cord has been found in Dhangadhi, Kailali. The District Police Office, Kailali, has stated that the newborn was found this morning on the banks of a canal in Bhadratole, Dhangadhi Sub-municipality-8.
Chief Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Kailali, Narendra Chand, informed that the newborn baby was found abandoned. He said that the newborn was rescued and taken to Seti Provincial Hospital.
