NMB Bank Launches Real-Time Digital Loan Tracking Service for Customers

Dec 16, Kathmandu - NMB Bank has introduced a significant new digital feature for its customers. The bank now offers the ability for customers to track the status of their personal and MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) loan applications in real-time.

With this new service, customers who apply for a loan no longer need to visit the branch or make phone calls to inquire about their application status. After submitting the necessary documents for a loan, customers will receive a unique 'tracking number.' Using this number, they can visit the bank's website and navigate to the Digital Banking section, select the 'Online Loan Tracker,' or directly access https://digi.nmb.com.np/loan-tracker to check the progress of their loan application.

This feature aims to enhance customer convenience and bring greater transparency to the loan process. NMB Bank is committed to providing high-quality services through its network of 202 branches across the country, along with 184 ATMs and 9 extension counters.
