Dec 18, Kathmandu - The case of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane and then-director of Gorkha Media Chhabilal Joshi, who are in custody on charges of cooperative fraud and organized crime, has been filed in Bench No. 1 of the Butwal High Court today.

The case will be heard in a joint bench of Justices Basudev Acharya and Tej Narayan Poudel, informed the court's information officer Ram Bahadur Kunwar.

Earlier, the case was not available for hearing, and the hearing was adjourned twice due to the petition of legal professionals on Rabi's side. Lamichhane has filed a petition in the High Court against the order of the District Court in the Supreme Cooperative Fraud case.
