Nepal-Cambodia International Trade Conference Announced

Dec 18, Kathmandu - The Cambodia-Nepal B2B Business Interaction Program 2026 is to be organized with the aim of strengthening trade, investment and cultural cooperation between Nepal and Cambodia.

The program, which will be held in Cambodia in the last week of Poush, will be organized by Cambodia's Juwa Supplies and Maintenance Company Limited (JSM Cambodia), while Nepal's Season Media will manage the program.

The program will be attended by representatives from the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Nepal Chamber of Commerce, and tourism, aviation, travel and tourism, manufacturing, culture, technology, and import-export sectors from Nepal.

The Cambodian Chamber of Commerce, tourism and hospitality organizations, aviation companies, private investment groups, business organizations, and cultural and creative sectors will participate from Cambodia, said program coordinator Ram Prasad Padhya.

According to him, it will also provide a platform for networking and experience exchange for businessmen, artists, entrepreneurs and innovators from Asian countries.

This is expected to further strengthen bilateral friendship, cultural diplomacy and tourism promotion between Nepal and Cambodia, said Lal Singh Khadka, former president of the Non-Resident Nepali Association Cambodia and businessman.

Under the program, investment and business meetings, sectoral discussions, business networking and policy dialogue will be conducted between Nepal-Cambodia businessmen.

Opportunities for joint investment and collaboration will be identified in high-potential sectors such as tourism and hospitality, aviation, travel services, agriculture, manufacturing, real estate, cultural and creative industries and digital innovation.

As a special attraction of the program, outstanding entrepreneurs, industrialists and organizations that have contributed to economic development, innovation and bilateral cooperation between the two countries will be honored with the ‘International Excellence Award’.

This award ceremony will present awards to successful and active industrialists, artists, individuals and organizations in various sectors of Asian countries, including Cambodia, who have made extraordinary contributions in various fields, including innovation, tourism, education and health.

The ‘International Excellence Award’ is being presented to recognize the contributions of professional and institutional personalities across Asian countries and to promote international cooperation and cultural exchange, said Program Manager Pradeepraj Vanta.
