Dec 19, Kathmandu - Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane is being released from detention today (Friday). Rabi is set to be released today following the order of the Tulsipur High Court on Thursday.

The bench of Justices Basudev Acharya and Tej Narayan Poudel of the Tulsipur High Court, Butwal bench, has ordered the release of Rabi, who is in custody pending trial in the cooperative fraud case, overturning the order of the district court.

Rabi will be released on Friday, these are the five grounds given by the court for his release

According to RSP leader Hari Dhakal, Rabi will be produced before the Bhairahawa District Court today. After that, he will be released after completing the entire process.
