Dec 21, Kathmandu - The government led by Prime Minister Sushila Karki completed 100 days on Sunday (Push 6). The Gen-Z movement of Bhadra 23 and 24 had toppled the leadership of the then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
At that time, 76 youth lost their lives. Similarly, the protesters had reduced Singha Durbar, the Supreme Court, the Parliament building, the police office and even commercial establishments to ashes. After that, the country, which had become leaderless, got an interim government led by former Chief Justice Karki on Bhadra 27.
Various Gen-Z groups have announced a protest on the day the Prime Minister completes 100 days in office, saying that the government they formed has ‘kidnapped’ the demands of Gen-Z.
It has been concluded that the 100-day work of the government led by Prime Minister Karki has failed. Garikhan Deu, Gen-Z Movement Nepal, GenZ National Front, Gen-Z Spark, N-Tech Gen-Z, Gen-Z Parliament, GBB Group, JYN Group, Gen-Z United, Swatantra Gen-Z Nepal, Digital Taskforce Gen-Z Group have been demanding the resignation of the Prime Minister.
