Gold Prices Hit Record High in Nepal Amid Surging Market

Dec 23, Kathmandu - The price of gold has set a new record in the Nepali market. The Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Federation has said that today, the price of pure gold has increased by Rs 5,500 per tola in a single day and is being traded at Rs 267,200 per tola. This is the highest price so far.

On Monday, the price of pure gold was traded at Rs 261,700 per tola.

Meanwhile, the price of silver has increased by Rs 20 per tola. According to the federation, silver is being bought and sold at Rs 4,255 per tola today.

Earlier on Monday, the price of silver was Rs 4,235 per tola.
