Dec 25, Kathmandu - The second round of talks has begun between Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane and Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balen Shah. Leaders close to Rabi informed that the talks began at the house of Balen's colleague Kumar Ben in Lalitpur.

Earlier, the two had met in Kamalpokhari. They met at the house of RSP leader Asim Shah and left in the same vehicle at midnight. However, after Balen started all-party talks yesterday after a political consensus could not be reached, Rabi reached Kupandol to meet Balen.
