Rabi Lamichhane and Balen Shah in Talks for Possible Collaboration as Gen-Z Activist Sudhan Gurung Joins the Scene

Dec 25, Kathmandu - As discussions between Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane and Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balen Shah continue for potential collaboration, Gen-Z activist Sudhan Gurung was also present. Gurung, who identifies as a Gen-Z activist, arrived at the residence of Kumar Ben amidst ongoing negotiations.

Sources indicate that Gurung expressed the need for Rabi, Balen, and power figures like Kulman Ghising to unite under a common platform. Meanwhile, Mayor Balen Shah has been actively engaging in dialogues; he held talks with Rabi Lamichhane on Sunday and Monday, followed by a meeting with more than half a dozen leaders on Thursday night.

Earlier on Thursday morning, Balen Shah also held discussions with Kulman Ghising. Kulman, who has launched the "Ujyalo Nepal" party, seems to be moving forward with his political agenda. The ongoing conversations suggest a dynamic phase of political realignment in Kathmandu.
