Dec 28, Kathmandu - Dhaka Metropolitan Police has claimed that the two main accused in the murder of Inquilab Manch coordinator Usman Hadi have fled to India via the Haluaghat border in Myman Singh.

According to BBC Bangla, the accused Faisal Karim Masud and Md Alamgir Sheikh first took refuge in the northeastern state of Meghalaya after reaching India, police said.

Dhaka Metropolitan Police Additional Commissioner SN Mohammad Nazrul Islam gave this information at a press conference on Sunday. Earlier, police officials had claimed that they did not have concrete information about the whereabouts of the main accused in the case.
