Dec 29, Kathmandu - Energy Minister and Ujyalo Nepal Party’s Patron, Kulman Ghising, has re-engaged in discussions with the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP). Sources close to Kulman confirmed that negotiations are currently ongoing between Kulman and the RSP negotiation team.

Previously, the talks broke down overnight after Kulman demanded the position of Executive Chairperson. Meanwhile, Rabi is busy finalizing the party's proportional representation list.

Additionally, the Election Commission has set today as the deadline for submitting the proportional representation list for the upcoming House of Representatives elections scheduled for Falgun 21.
