Dec 30, Kathmandu - Actor and film director Deepak Raj Giri has revealed plans to produce a film based on the stories of candidates fighting against injustice in the upcoming elections. He shared this announcement through a status on his social media Facebook account.

Amid rumors about whether Giri himself will contest in the elections, he clarified that he will participate through a character in his upcoming film.

Giri stated, “In the month of Falgun, I will be acting in a film that tells the story of a candidate fighting against injustice who is participating in the election. I am contesting through that role.”

He also emphasized his support for the upcoming elections to bring about positive change, aligning himself with the reformist side.
