Agreement on Inclusion of Balen-Kulman Group Officials in RSP

Jan 01, Kathmandu - Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balen Shah and Energy Minister Kulman Ghising, who have united with the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), have also agreed on the number of people to include in the office bearers.

It is said that an agreement has been reached to appoint one general secretary and one joint general secretary from Balen's group. Similarly, there is an agreement to give one joint general secretary and one joint spokesperson to Kulman Ghising's group. Party Chairman Rabi Lamichhane had signed separate agreements to include Balen and Kulman in the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP). An agreement has been reached to make Balen the prime ministerial candidate in the upcoming House of Representatives elections. Energy Minister Kulman Ghising, who is also the patron of the Ujyalo Nepal Party, has also been made the first-priority Vice Chairman after Rabi Lamichhane. The vice presidents after Kulman in the priority are DP Aryal and Swarnim Wagle. Currently, the RSP has one general secretary, Kabindra Burlakoti. The only joint general secretary is Bipin Acharya. The joint spokespersons are Pratibha Rawal and Ramesh Prasai.
