Jan 01, Kathmandu - Police have arrested a man on charges of murder.

Police arrested Som Kumar Rai, 41, his nephew, on Wednesday afternoon on charges of murdering Tham Prasad Rai, 62, of Nagi, Temkemaiyung Rural Municipality-4.

Police deployed from the District Police Office, Bhojpur and Area Police Office, Dilpa, arrested Som Kumar upon receiving information that Som had murdered Tham Prasad on Tuesday night, the police said.

The police have stated that they are conducting the necessary investigation into the incident.
