Hall booked for special Congress convention at Bhrikuti Mandap

Jan 01, Kathmandu - The exhibition hall of Bhrikutimandap has been booked for the special general convention of the Nepali Congress on Poush 27 and 28. The hall of Bhrikutimandap has been booked so that the general secretary can organize the general convention.

The regular general convention was supposed to be held on Wednesday (Push 16) and the municipal convention today (Push 17). However, since that could not happen, central member Pratima Gautam informed that the party is moving towards a special general convention.

According to Gautam, a press conference is being held on behalf of the special general convention signature campaign on Friday (Push 18).

She said that there is a possibility that General Secretaries Gagan Thapa and Bishwaprakash Sharma will hold a press conference on Saturday (Paush 19).
