Jan 01, Kathmandu - After defeating Nepal APF Club, Rukum Paschim Volleyball Training Center reached the men's semi-finals of the 9th NVA Volleyball Championship.
Rukum Paschim defeated APF by 3-1 in the third quarter final at the National Sports Council (NSC) Covered Hall in Tripureshwar today. APF won the first set 25-22. But then Rukum Paschim won the second set 25-20, the third set 25-16 and the fourth set 25-20.
Tribhuvan Army Club and Khilji Yuva Club are currently playing in the men's fourth quarter-final of the tournament. Earlier today, Help Nepal Sports Club defeated Budhanilkanth Volleyball Club in the first quarter-final and Nepal Police Club reached the semi-finals after defeating Koshi Pradesh Volleyball Association in the second quarter-final.
In the competition, the semi-finals of both the women's and men's sides will be held tomorrow and the final will be held tomorrow.
