Public Service Commission's Undersecretary Level Exam Postponed

Jan 08, Kathmandu - The Public Service Commission has postponed the examination for the post of Deputy Secretary (Non-Technical) or similar posts. At the request of the Election Commission, the commission has postponed the examination scheduled for Magh 10 to 28.

According to the Commission's Deputy Secretary Kul Prasad Sapkota, the advertisement published on 29 Ashwin 2082 No. 16664-16691/082-83 (A.P./Open/Inclusive) Justice/Administration/Audit/Federal Parliament Service, R.P. Second Class, Undersecretary (Non-Technical) or similar posts from 10 Magh 2082 to 28 has been postponed as per the Commission's decision of 24 Poush. The postponed examination program will be published later, after giving 15 days' notice, the Commission has stated.

Earlier, the Election Commission had written to the Public Service Commission to postpone all examinations targeting the upcoming elections. The Commission had written to postpone the Undersecretary (Non-Technical/Technical) level examination scheduled for Magh as the code of conduct has been implemented since the first week of Magh and employees have to participate in the elections.
