Jan 11, Kathmandu - As the signatures of the majority of the general convention delegates are about to be collected at the special general convention of the Nepali Congress, party Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba has called his close associates for discussions.

While the special general convention is being held at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu, Chairman Deuba has called his close office bearers and leaders to his residence in Maharajgunj.

Sources have said that Chairman Deuba may have called those leaders for discussions on taking necessary steps in this regard after seeing that the majority vote was reached in the special general convention.
