Jan 12, Kathmandu - Dr. Shekhar Koirala has also participated in the meeting called by Nepali Congress Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba. Koirala, along with Joint General Secretary Jeevan Pariyar, Badri Pandey and leader Minendra Rijal, have reached Deuba's residence to meet Deuba, who has called a meeting of central members close to him.

While the closed session of the special general convention party is going on at Bhrikutimandap, Koirala has already discussed with leaders close to him. The leaders have said that he has been given the responsibility of discussing between the president and the general secretary and resolving the party's disputes.

Deuba has already submitted a proposal to dissolve the committee elected from the 14th general convention in the closed session. A leader close to him has informed that Deuba has called a meeting with central members close to him for strategic discussions to finalize the latest stock of the Congress.
