2,652 Delegates Participated in the Congress Special General Convention

Jan 16, Kathmandu - It has been reported that 2,652 general convention delegates participated in the special general convention of the Nepali Congress. Congress spokesperson Devraj Chalise, led by Gagan Thapa, who was elected from the special general convention, said that 2,652 general convention delegates out of 4,635 delegates with voting rights attended and elected the leadership.

He issued a statement saying, "When the special general convention was registered at the party office on Ashwin 29, a total of 2,488 general convention delegates signed. After registration, only 29 people withdrew their signatures. Attendance and active participation in the convention: Out of the total number of 4,635 general convention delegates, 2,652 general convention delegates were present at the convention."
