Decision of Deuba Group's to go to the Supreme Court

Jan 17, Kathmandu - The Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba group is set to go to the Supreme Court against the decision of the Election Commission. After the meeting of the central working committee of the Deuba group held in Sanepa on Saturday (Magh 3), spokesperson Prakash Sharan Mahat informed that they will go to the Supreme Court on Sunday (Magh 4).

The commission had updated the decision made by the second special general convention of the Congress on Friday (Magh 2). With this decision, the working committee led by President Gagan Thapa has become official.

The Deuba group has concluded that the decision of the commission was motivated by corrupt intentions.

Saying that the decision was made with the intention of causing serious damage to the Congress, Mahat expressed confidence that they will get justice from the court.
