Jan 17, Kathmandu - The district residents have become more comfortable after the operation of surgical delivery and surgery services at the Provincial Hospital Beni.

The problem of district residents having to travel to Pokhara, Kathmandu, and Chitwan for surgical delivery, 'hydrocele', 'appendix', and 'hernia' surgery services has been reduced. Kristi Pariyar of Annapurna Rural Municipality-6 said that since the treatment of 'appendix' is available in Beni, the cost and time of going to Pokhara has been saved.
