Jan 18, Kathmandu - The CPN-UML has changed its candidate in Jhapa-4.
The UML secretariat meeting held last Saturday had decided to field Manoj Tamli as the candidate in Jhapa-4.
However, a secretariat member said that they are preparing to change the name today and field LP Sawan Limbu as the candidate.
Sawan has been winning two consecutive elections from that constituency.
He was not even included in the list of central members in the last general convention.
