Jan22, Kathmandu - US president Donald Trump has been furious after Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said that the US-led global order is falling apart. Trump took aim at Carney at the World Economic Forum, saying that Canada is living at the mercy of America and is ungrateful for it.

A day earlier, Carney had said at the same forum that the US-led global order is falling apart. US President Trump said, “Canada is living because of America. Remember that, Mark, the next time you make a statement.”

Trump said that Canada receives a lot of freebies from Washington but does not appreciate them. Trump made the comments during an aggressive speech on European and Canadian policies.
