Jan 25, Kathmandu - The CPN-UML has sent letters to more than 667,000 of its organized members. The letters, which bear the signature of party Chairman KP Sharma Oli, were distributed to both current and former members who had previously been organized members but have not renewed their membership.

Some recipients have started sharing screenshots of the letter on social media, indicating the widespread distribution.

The letter emphasizes the party’s stance ahead of the upcoming elections. It states that the election will determine whether the country heads toward destruction or progress. The letter, signed by Chairman Oli, urges members to consider this critical decision.

Oli has also highlighted the need for a majority in the party to contribute to nation-building. Additionally, similar letters with Oli’s signature have previously been sent to central committee members, reinforcing the party’s message ahead of the elections.
